If Byakuya found love in another after her passing, Hisana would 100% support it. Of course, the only stipulation would be for them to love her husband with all their heart, continue to teach him things he may not be familiar with and for both to be happy.
It doesn't sit right with me that the anime/manga makes Brunnhilde sees Jack as the most despicable thing that walked the earth, more or less. She is far more objective and analytical to base things so superficially. Gods/valkyries, I am certain, have the ability to see the history and details of the person they select. Given this, she should have seen that he is not an irredeemable monster with no shred of humanity or morality. With the supposed bad, he has also done acts of good.
Based on wiki, he hunted down the worst criminals in London and got rid of even the original Jack the Ripper. It is questionable whether he actually killed prostitutes considering his ties--or simply took up the name of the original jack the ripper. Perhaps he did, considering what a piece of garbage his mother was or he didn't.
Either way, my Brunnhilde doesn't see him as a 'piece of shit'. She sees him for the shades of grey and complexities that is humanity. In truth, I cannot see her judging him for taking the lives of criminals or really, condemning him too harshly when it came to his asshole parents. The only thing she'd hold him accountable for was /if/ he murdered prostitutes that weren't dirty--in the sense they had no hand in the crimes plaguing London, abusing children or anything else abhorrent. There is a level of respect for his intelligence and ferreting out the worst of the worst in London.
So I perceive Brunnhilde to be more discerning and critical. She takes everything into account. Her intelligence is peak because she does not conform to the easiest and laziest explanation of a situation or a person. She's smart for a reason and that's because she looks past the surface, gathers information and formulates her own opinions based on her own guiding principles.
Kimi may give the impression that she could care less about her son and appear callous, but that is the furthest thing from the truth. There are multiple reasons for this behavior which ultimately is aimed at his well-being and survival. Being a demon comes with its own challenges, none more so than being the son of Toga.
However, that does not mean she does not have her regrets. Sometimes she reflects on her approach in her rearing of her only pup. And while she cannot change the past, she has opted to do better in the present.
I digress.
Sesshomaru is her only offspring with the demon she had mated with for life. It may not look like it, but she is sorely protective of her one son. She watches over him. Always. As difficult as it may be at times, there are certain experiences and lessons her son had to endure to become more mature and knowledgeable. Not everything he needs to learn will come from her but through life, his decisions and the consequences of it.
That being said, she has certainly ripped apart a few demons in her time when Sesshomaru was nothing but a fuzzball. They dared to threaten her vulnerable pup. Had the audacity to think and recklessly state their intention to harm him. If it was simply over territory, she possibly would have allowed them to live after a thorough beating.
But no. They had craved power and usurping Toga..going through a very cowardly route of endangering their son in their schemes. In doing so, they sealed their fate: death.
Not that she would ever say it--but the one being she would put above herself..is Sesshomaru. Even more so once Toga had left them.

Roughly two months following an attempted suicide that left him blind and unable to continue working on mechanics, Leonard’s body is found having died from carbon monoxide poisoning.
I am thinking of moving away from fanon of calling Sesshomaru's mother 'Kimi' and going with 'Tsukiko'--which apparently means daughter of the moon. I think that name fits her.
which type of love interest would you be in a dating simulator?
The sweetheart with an enigmatic dark past
You're always polite and kind with others. That makes people feel comfortable around you and many would consider you a close friend. However, you seldom feel connected with those around you. You feel like they don't know you, the real you, and they never will because you'll never allow them. It takes a great amount of time and trust for you to show yourself as you truly are, because you repress most of your feelings and desires, and mask them with a calm and collected personalty. It just seems easier that way, safer. But remember that if you bottle everything up, it will explode one day, maybe in ways you aren't proud of.
